Our story
Chad McDowell, President of IHRS, LLC. has over 25 years of experience in commercial construction and renovation projects specializing in the hospitality industry. He oversees the delivery of projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget while ensuring quality in accordance with approved plans and specifications. He acts as the primary liaison to de-signer, architect and owner’s management team.
Other duties include initial site visits, site coordination, creating bids, budgets, schedules, and contract negotiations. His strong knowledge of brand standards enables him to quickly troubleshoot problems and also provide valuable VE solutions.
Owners and buyers often look to Chad for their due diligence needs. Previous experience, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multifaceted projects and under-standing the complex challenges of renovating occupied hotels with no disruption to guest and hotel services has resulted in many successful hotel renovations.
Chad also has successfully represented owners on new build projects as an owners representative as well as the construction manager.
IHRS, LLC is a licensed commercial General Contractor working in the hospitality and light commercial sectors throughout the USA.
Originally started to meet the demand for capable hospitality contractors IHRS, LLC. demonstrated its ability to deliver large scale hotel renovation projects
on time and within budget. Its success at these projects led Owners to realize IHR’s value and subsequently looked to IHRS for help with their non-hospitality projects.
IHRS is now heavily involved in commercial up-fits and continues to exceed expectations with their hospitality construction while continuing to expand into new markets as new opportunities present themselves.
